VITURA SHAREHOLDERS SAID NO TO RESOLUTIONS OF DILUTION!!

The unprecedent behaviour of serial agitator (ex-CEO) RODNEY COCKS, clinging to power, remuneration and corporate bonuses, has been thwarted. COCKS lead the dubious delaying and denying of shareholder statements, and even tried to make shareholders register attendance days before the 2023 AGM. Aided by FORMER CRIMINAL GUY HEADLEY, they voted to have each others pay inflated, and then set about disparaging the names and great work of former employees and board members. THE COCKS HEADLEY RELATIONSHIP was exposed to the shareholders who then revolted to VOTE DOWN THE REMUNERATION REPORT in record numbers at the 2023 AGM.

Did you know the 2023 VIT Board blocked lawful shareholder statements for the 2023 AGM, denied discussion before voting, and denied some questions at the 2023 AGM? Very shameful and amateur behaviour.

The 2023 Board discouraged 2023 board candidates citing absurd reasons. Yet in 2024, the new Board under new Chairperson Rob Iervasi have put forward Shane Tanner themselves, with now glowing references (as they should be). What a turn of opinion. Could it be that the performance and then disappearance of Rodney Cocks had anything to do with that?

The 2024 AGM results speak for themselves - over 99% approval on all AGM voting items. What a turn around from the record vote down at the 2023 AGM. Goodbye COCKS AND HEADLEY. Goodbye to the 2023 Board of amateur Directors - Marcia Walker, Jenelle Frewen, Rodney Cocks, Guy Headley - a Board that had disseminated the share price and provided lackluster results. Marcia Walker and Jenelle Frewen had more selfies from airport lounges and cushy seats than actual walk arounds in the business, and mishandled their opportunity to be effective Board members. The 2023 Board showed a lack of basic Board management, remuneration control, and most importantly share price management.

Shameful behaviour from the 2023 Vitura Health Board of amateur Directors - Marcia Walker, Jenelle Frewen, Rodney Cocks, and former criminal Guy Headley - a Board that blocked lawful shareholder statements, tried to block shareholder attendance at the 2023 AGM and blocked questions before item voting at the 2023 AGM. They failed in 2023 as the shareholders voted them down in record numbers, and with a poor performance in share price and company activities, they has no leg to stand on. They are all gone now as are the wild bonuses they approved themselves.
