Rodney Cocks and Guy Headley (Executive Directors) get MORE Shares for the Share Price going DOWN!!
You heard that right. The Resolutions of Dilution get worse for Shareholders - Cocks-Headley have incentive to push the Share Price DOWN, as per the published company documents. It is there in black and white, Rodney Cocks and Guy Headley get more Shares for the Share Price going down! But wait, there is more... Guy Headley has been selling more shares, pushing the price down!!
Affiliates of Rodney Cocks and Guy Headley, and even from their own mouths, have been trying to push a different narrative - is that to hide their benefit of the price going down, you tell me? They have been trying to say that major shareholders have been "deliberately driving the Share Price down" which is simply not true. The truth in published ASX documentation, is the Share Price went down independent of the major shareholders selling or not. The truth is that Rodney Cock had a selfish and misguided strategy, and he made the Board drink it.
The real truth, is Dr Ben spoke up against the actions of Rodney Cocks to the company; Dr Ben stood up to Cocks and called him out. Dr Ben Jansen saw Cocks for what his was, and stood up against Cocks desire for more and more money for himself. Cocks didn't like this or any voices of dissent, so Cocks modus operandi appears to be fire anyone who stands against him.
Reading the published documentation is an inconvenient truth Cocks-Headley affiliates don't want you to know. The undisputed truth is the Share Price and PE ratio has dropped since Rodney Cocks took a knife to the heart and soul of CDA Clinics. What a waste.
Was there an ulterior premerger plan at play?

What hasn't been answered yet is why Cocks-Headley and their affiliates all had additional cash bonuses on undisclosed KPIs immediately after the time of merger! Which further questions if the sackings and redundancies were planned before the merger took place? As opposed to false reports, Dr Ben Jansen received zero cash bonuses for his work! Cocks and Headley voted in the Board to approve each others cash bonuses. Dr Ben was sacked after he called out the extra cash Cocks and Headley were rubbing their hands for.
Was that criminal?! Guy Headley has admitted he has a criminal past. Guy Headley has indeed admitted being a criminal in New Zealand. What makes what Cocks and Headley did together different this time? Will Guy Headley answer his criminal past?
